Free UK shipping over £25

Generally dispatched in 1-3 working days , in some circumstances this may not be possible and the goods will be sent as soon as possible.(custom made NV or 3d printed builds have current lead time on product listing as well as some pre-order items.)

If a faster next day service or similar has been selected then thats the service we will use once dispatched, it will still come under the above 1-3 working days dispatch time depending on stock & parcel collection cut off times.

We always to try and get next day service parcels out on the day if we can but  collections  from ourselfs are  generally between 12-3pm, orders after the days collection will not be shipped on the same day.(Please note Next day services do NOT include saterday services)

A dispatch email will be sent once we dispatch your item/however we cannot guarantee they will be processed before royal mail deadlines as it depends on the Post (or any other postal method we may use)office work load, however our custom made NV systems will state current lead time on the product listing itself.

Any other custom made 3D printed items(mounts/spacers etc) will dispatch in 1-4 days depending on printer workload, a dispatch email will be sent to your provided email once dispatched.(This does not include NV systems that will have lead times on listing)

If in the unlikely case of  a  delay in shipping your item we will email you to keep you posted.

we use various couriers as our free post method & in most instances will arrive in 2-3 days, however we cant be held responsible for any postage delays & will adhere to any courier/ royal mail policies.

Most of our overseas shipping is fulfilled by royal mail on a (3-15 day depending on local customs & country) signed for service,  we can provide tracking at request.
