POSTAGE
Free UK shipping over £25+ VAT
Generally dispatched in 1-3 working days , in some circumstances this may not be possible and the goods will be sent as soon as possible.(custom made NV or 3d printed builds have current lead time on product listing)
A dispatch email will be sent once we dispatch your item/however we cannot guarantee they will be processed before royal mail deadlines as it depends on the Post (or any other postal method we may use)office work load, however our custom made NV systems will state current lead time on the product listing itself.
Any other custom made 3D printed items(mounts/spacers etc) will dispatch in 1-4 days depending on printer workload, a dispatch email will be sent to your provided email once dispatched.(This does not include NV systems that will have lead times on listing)
If in the unlikely case of a delay in shipping your item we will email you to keep you posted.
we use various couriers as our free post method & in most instances will arrive in 2-3 days, however we cant be held responsible for any postage delays & will adhere to any courier/ royal mail policies.
Most of our overseas shipping is fulfilled by royal mail on a 3-10 day signed for service, we can provide tracking at request.

PLEASE NOTE ALL PAYPAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS REGISTERED TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
Returns/Terms of sale
WE REQUIRE WRITTEN CONTACT VIA EMAIL PRIOR RETURNING ANY ITEMS
Our returns policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If the 14 day return time frame has expired, we still offer a repair or replace service for 12 months after your date of purchase.
Please note some items will need to go back to the manufacture for inspection/repair,due to this we cannot be held accountable for any delays as certain manufactures can be slow to respond/repair.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging.(if applicable )
Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch on some higher value items if lead time is not stated on the product listing,
Our custom 3D Printed NV systems
ALL our own systems are custom made to order & are therefore not subject to distance selling regulations.
Night vision system that has been fitted & found not to work with your scope is NOT a valid reason for return unless otherwise agreed prior.Please do your research on the scope you have & its suitability.
TFT monitor & micro display are all susceptible to the odd dead pixel,unless its over 5 or a cluster where the cross hair is placed this is normal & not a valid reason to return.We will appropriately access if necessary.
With that said we are well know to stand by our products way beyond whats expected & have some of the highest performing devices on the market so please buy with confidence.
Overseas purchasers please be aware
we are a UK company & as such any items that require a mains charger will be supplied with a UK plug so an adapter will most likely be required for your use.
Please be aware all local import duties/customs charges are to be paid by the customer when applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
non-returnable items:
- Custom Made Items (Including any 3D printed night vision that we make in house) although these are non-returnable, we do offer 12 months warranty and a repair or replace service, please do your research & ensure you have a suitable scope for a digital night vision add on.
- Trying an item & finding it is not suitable for your use is not a reason for return, please research the product & ensure its suitable for your device.
- Batteries Unprotected 18650 cells & any batteries that have been removed from the packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is ideal & a brief covering letter describing the issue)
Returns that need to be sent to the manufacturer
Please be aware that some items will require return to the product manufacturer for any repairs/service work,unfortunately we can not be held accountable for lead times in these instances as it is out of our control.we can repair most items in house but scopes/Pard NV & some laser illuminator's will need to be sent back to the manufacture.
Please include your order number with your returned item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Night vision systems damaged from misuse are not covered by warranty but we understand that accident happen.To large a caliber for NV or similar, unsuitable use, heat damaged, smashed screens or just dropped/run over in a car are not going to be covered but we will work with you resolve at cost price for you.
Late or missing refunds
(if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ludicrouslumens@gmail.com and send your item to.
Pre-order items
Please be aware that pre orders sales are only an approximate ETA & understand that the estimated dates/lead times can change. we will keep the product page updated with current status but feel free to email for more details if its past the original estimate for more details.
OUR NV SYSTEMS MUST NOT BE EXPOSED TO TEMPERATURE OVER 55C-60C OR DAMAGE WILL INCUR.
We appreciate that accidents can happen & are happy to repair @ customers cost.
Discount vouchers & coupons
Discount vouchers & coupons can only be applied at checkout & not after an order has been placed as a refunded amount.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our original cost of any "free" shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any item that is sent back as "defective" & found not to be will incur a return postage fee.
If you do not agree to any of the above please do not purchase from our store.
